Renovate Michigan is led by David Brinn, an experienced construction and renovation professional with a proven background in residential and multifamily improvements. Over the course of his career, David has helped complete renovations across more than 2,000 apartments, along with numerous kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, and full-property improvement projects.
David brings a hands-on, problem-solving approach to every renovation. He believes homeowners deserve honest guidance, practical solutions, transparent communication, and a contractor who remains actively involved from the initial walkthrough through the final punch list.
After building a successful renovation business in New Jersey, David brought his experience and high standards to Michigan.
